Fools Jelly Released!

JellyBarn, INC. Today, JellyBarn released it’s first beta product, Fools Jelly, to the fanfare of millions (or just eight) people. Here’s the scoop on it… (on REAL photo sharing)

Essentially you get to create your own posters and send them to friends and family (or complete strangers). Then, that person has the option of replying to your Fools Jelly by changing the text and/or the photo and sending it back to you (or forwarding it on to one of their friends because they think you’re so hilarious). You can upload one of your own photos and add a captions to one of two types of posters. The first type is similar to the “Motivational Poster” style, where you can specify a short subject as a header as well as the text below the subject. For instance, “FRIENDSHIP” and then below that, “When people around you aren’t bothered by how ugly you are or how bad you stink”. The second type of poster is one that uses a cartoon style bubble quote above the image. You can change the bubble quote to fit the image.

Some of the best features of Fools Jelly include the fact you only are required to use your email address as a login. You can optionally specify a password, but it’s not necessary if you aren’t the type to be concerned with security of your posters. There is also a gallery to which users can opt to add their poster to where other users can browse through them and rate them from 1 to 5.

There are more features to come and a few bugs still yet to work out since it is a beta release. But, it’s definitely addicting. So, go there now and start a Fools Jelly volley with one of your friends, coworkers, or family members. http://www.foolsjelly.com

I tried to play around but couldn’t upload images because of various php errors. Let us know when they are fixed.

Jelly Barn is really fun, but the big dotcom question is: how are you guys going to make money?

Oh don’t you worry, friend. FoolsJelly is and probably always will be free, but this is just to get the word out about our company. We have WAY better stuff coming in the next 4 months.

Oh, and the PHP stuff has been fixed. We’re relatively bug free at the moment. Thanks for the info Levi.
