Pretty Tulips

MoPhoblogging from my Treo 650 and SprintPCS PictureMail (Sprint Picture Mail)About a week and a half ago some friends and Teresa and I went to Mt. Vernon to see these beautiful fields of tulips in full bloom. My friend Ben brought up a good question though. We’re guessing that the individual fields make more money by admission than they ever would selling the flowers individually. Otherwise they wouldn’t let the people view them for weeks at a time, which gets the flowers past their prime, thus being unsellable. But seriously, there are millions of tulips that don’t even get looked at because there’s no parking lots near them and the land owners aren’t interested in taking admission anyway. But, they just sit there, not clipped and sold at the local market or anything. Poor misunderstood flowers.

Thanks Joey. I have to give credit to Shawn Grimes for this layout. You can check out the theme switcher on the navigation on the home page for other themes I’ll be adding soon. Right now, I like this one best. But, maybe eventually I’ll stop stealing other people’s themes and start making my own. Thanks though. I’ll take the compliment at least for my good taste.
