NWMLS: can’t technorati tag it’s name

What are the legalities of using a technorati tag of a trademarked name? Anyone know?

I was recently criticized for using “NWMLS” in my technorati tags. This brings up an interesting legal question regarding trademarked names. Can we use them to describe our posts? If not, how are we able to describe the content of our posts?

Ideas? Thoughts?
