Writers: Your new workspace

theOffice Niall Kennedy writes about a new workspace called “theOffice” in Santa Monica.  The business model is the familiar subscription model (which I absolutely love), just like your local gym, but in this case, rather than working your biceps, you can work your fingers and brain.

The photos of this place look great, and I have to agree with Niall’s suggestions about having lockers to keep your pens and notebooks in overnight.

Personally, if I were going to franchise anything, I think it would be this.  Finding the perfect location would be the trick.

Brilliant! How you find all these links, I’ll never know. You’re like the resource queen.
