PerfectSpace.com: Redesign

PerfectSpace.comIf you think all I do is blog, you’ve got another think coming. This weekend, we rolled out a new design for Perfect Space, the rental search engine I’ve been working on for a while.

The new design is much cleaner, more streamlined, easier to navigate, and allows us to add features quickly and painlessly.

But that’s not all we’ve been up to. We also turned Perfect Space into an LLC and partnered with Brent Cowden, a Whatcom County landlord and business marketer extraordinaire. This partnership helps us see the needs of our clients and help them drop vacancy rates. Brent contacted me about the business after he listed his own properties and dropped his vacancy rates 30% over the year down to almost zero. He was so impressed that he’s begun evangelizing the service to his network and asked to partner.

So, we’re building the business once again - this time with a new fervor for strategic partnerships.

If you have a publication (physical or internet based), and are interested in offering rental property advertisement, please contact me.

If you are an entrepreneur, landlord, property manager, or rental tenant, and have ideas on how we can better serve you, I’d love to hear from you as well.

Nice minimalistic redesign. And I’m glad Perfect Space is getting some love.

Thanks Amber. Yea, we’re pretty excited. We talked with the first property manager we’ve spoken with in a year, today. And we will be working with them in some fashion. That is exciting!

I appreciate the kudos on the design, and the encouragement for the biz.

thanks for the tip. i really like this minimalist theme. the google home page is a good example to follow…lots of white space. it’s worked out pretty well for google, wouldn’t you agree. some blogs are soooo ugly. what are these people thinking?
