R.I.P Social Networking?

R.I.P.It looks like some of the media is/was starting to say that social networking (SN) might be shopping for it’s casket. I might be a little late to the party, but before even reading these articles, I thought I agreed. I think SN might be able to pull out the feeder tubes and drop the life support lawyers, but there’s a little while to go yet.

It’s interesting that some of these were posted back during the summer, about the time I stopped getting requests to join networks too…. oh wait, that’s cause I had no life and forgot who my real friends were. Dang it.

Read Home Office(Nov 9), CNet (June 2), BusinessWeek (June 12), and PC Magazine (way back on Sept 9, 2004)
