What’s Going on in San Diego?

I know there’s quite a few sites out there that can tell me what’s going on in San Diego. But, not many of them have API‘s that let me do what I want with the events.

Enter Eventful.

The other day I was looking for something to do. Since I work at Eventful, I know there’s plenty of things to lookup on their site. I also know there’s tons of other cross promotional stuff on the site that I don’t really care to take the time to load. I just wanted a list of what’s going on today.

So, I built my own daily page to check out. It loads quickly, shows the detailed description with the events. All so I can simply see what’s going on in San Diego.

I’ll eventually add to it to be able to change the location and the number of days it’s displaying. But, for now, it’s pretty nice.

Go to http://today.perfectspace.com. Then, come back and tell me what you think about it.
